The system you have is a full off grid Pv system with a single Pv panel , charge controller, gel battery and inverter   The energy from the sun is collected by the panel which produces electricity which in turn is stored in the battery and when required at 230v ac to power the screen is converted from the battery voltage by an inverter

We like a challenge and have been more than happy to provide the system for what is our smallest Pv system to date!

Explore the brand new library in the Bleachingfield Community Centre and find the clues hidden in Isabell’s beautiful hand made books.

Isabell is a paper artist and has made 10 hand made books called Look Closer which are inspired by the John Muir Way, they can be found within the library throughout the season; enter to have a chance to win a prize.

The artist and writer Rosie Lesso has developed a writing opportunity in connection with her art works which are based on the theme of migration (look out for her road signs)

All ages are encouraged to write short poems which can be posted in her WORD BOXES  selected works to be published in a hard backed book at the end of the season

Su Grierson ‘Aerial Roots’ short film and discussion at Dunbar Town House Museum

Su Grierson will show the short film Aerial Roots and discuss the making of the project showing archive and contemporary
footage, images and recordings.

Created with a Scottish Screen Archive Live award, the film is a vibrant visual testament to the persistence of agricultural husbandry and the skills which harvest the soil, create our food and shape much of our landscape.

Food and Farming are always in the news. What we eat and how it is produced has never been of greater public concern. As part of a Perthshire Organic farming family the artist is also committed to bringing contemporary art to rural locations.
